Intern Style: Casual Friday

Filed under Fashion Look Your Best on Feb 22 13 by

I’m putting it lightly when I say that my office is casual. As an intern with a college ministry in a reaaally laid back college town (read: tie-dye & moccasins are more common than jeans & flats), I could probably get away with wearing yoga pants and a sweatshirt to work most days.

But that’s no fun!

Granted, I have been thankful for this casual atmosphere from time to time (like when I’m going for a run right after work), but most days I still want to be fairly dressed up—or at the very least, put together. Here’s an example of a casual but fun look I’d wear to the office on the average day:

Comfortable enough to wear all day, but unique enough to keep some of my style in it (you can’t see it here, but the sweater has a tiger face on it—so fun!), it works perfectly for a casual Friday. What’s your go-to outfit for a casual day? How do you add a bit of flair & creativity to a simple outfit? Share your tips in the comments, and stay tuned for more intern style!
